The CAP Deluxe Olympic Bar in black is built for long-lasting, durable performance. Use this bar to strength the biceps, triceps, back and chest muscles by performing curls, triceps extensions and more. Constructed with high-quality steel and a black powder coated finish, this bar features a 30mm handgrip with medium-depth diamond knurling for a secure non-slip grip. Featuring an angled shaft and rotating sleeves with bushings puts less pressure on the wrists and forearms when lifting weights. This bar measures 1524mm (5-feet) in length, making it compact enough for a home gym or a commercial gym. This bar weighs 12.65KG and has a 110,000 PSI tensile shaft strength.
