It’s like looking at a red filter on your computer but for everything.Mostly keeps your brain from going into wake mode on your way home from a night shift while allowing you to see what you’re doing.I used these when I was doing the night shift with our newborn.I ultimately stopped using them because it was just easier to not use them, but I think they work decently well to keep you from waking up fully.

I've worn these every evening before bed for about three months. My eyes feel less strained after screen time, and I fall asleep noticeably faster once I put them on. They're comfortable enough that I forget I have them on, and the price is very fair for how much I use them. Fair heads-up: the orange lenses shift colors, so these are for winding down at night, not daytime wear. For their actual job they've been great.
