Tervis lost a lifetime customer.
I am very disappointed. We have purchased Tervis for years and have never had a problem. This one “sweats”. It condensates on the outside, which it should not do. I notified Tervis and they said” Because we use the natural power of air to insulate our products, and there is moisture in the air when the drinkware is originally assembled here at Tervis headquarters in Florida, slight condensation can occasionally occur between the walls after the drinkware is washed in the dishwasher. It will usually go away within 24 hours or typically less.If it does not go away, it may just be due to the humidity present in your area.”.It was never put in the dishwasher. We had only used it once. The humidity in my area has nothing to do with it or else our other Tervis cups would also have an issue.
