I take 10 mg which is about two full squirts of the eyedropper into some water.I'm not sure about the increased cognitive abilities, but I have noticed my dreams are more enhanced and life like and I also, in the early morning twilight of my dreams, I have recalled with great detail peoples names and places from 50 years ago for absolutely no reason at all. This stuff is absolutely 100% amazing. If you think you may have mitochondrial damage, and you're feeling sluggish, don't waste time, buy it immediately. This doesn't repair it I don't think, it just assists the mitochondria in delivering oxygen. It's also anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant. Using this with a healthy diet, and exercising a few times a week, and not eating late at night has helped this 45-year-old man go from tremendous suffering to actually start enjoying my days. Of course this is only short-term, but I'm going to keep trying.

Regardless, know that this will improve your oxygen levels, and kill germs inside you both bacterial and viral as stated in studies done by US govt. Typical dosage is 1-2 dropperfuls once or twice a day. It is bitter, so adding apple cider vinegar and MDH Pani Puri Masala (Indian spice blend) in water will disguise the taste. The energy boost is initially very noticeable, but the acute effect levels out after a few days. I take it to support mitochondrial health as part of a larger vitality regimen. Everything together gives me sustained energy from early morning throughout the day. I have more energy now than I did 30 years ago, but I can't chalk it up to any single behavior or one thing that I take. I waited 6 weeks of use before this review.
