I was unsure about this from reviews, but I found it quite easy to use after a couple of tries. Dries my wavy hair almost all the way in about 15 minutes. I do change the dryer from hot to cool periodically or it does get pretty hot. This works well for me. I like it way better than the diffuser I'd been using. Takes us less room/weight than the diffuser too for traveling.

As a girl whose hair is chemically relaxed, I love my old school roller sets. Where was this 30 years ago??? Ease of use, great for long or short hair, no excessive noise, heat setting are according to you blow dryer, and it’s safe to use even on high heat. The power is determined by your blow dryer. THIS WAS SO EFFECTIVE, AFFORDABLE, and EASY TO USE COMFORTABLY!

This attachment is just what I needed! I have thick and full mid back length locs and wanted a hooded dryer to help with at home styling. I was worried this wouldn’t fit over my hair but even with all my locs in perm rods, the bonnet fits!Overall airflow is pretty good. My handheld dryer has two heat settings and I find the lower setting feels good and the hood doesn’t get super hot even after extended use. This would feel amazing for a deep condition treatment.For the price, this is definitely worth it if you already have a dryer sitting under your sink and want an efficient and affordable option.

I purchased this because I was trying out flexi rods to curl my hair. My goal was no-heat curl, but I don't think there is a way to sleep in those things and be comfortable. I'm still investigating...Meanwhile, this is a low heat option that is really working for me. I roll my 95% dry hair and then I put this bonnet over my head and push the part covering my ears up and behind my ears (you want your ears on the outside if you're going to use this!). If your hair is too wet your dry time will be much longer. Personally that would not work for me. Damp hair is all I need. I tighten the drawstring cord until it is comfortably tight around my hairline. There is a chin strap that snaps but I haven't needed to use it.
