Made in the USA from Red Alder a sustainable American hardwood. The carbon steel blade is double-ground and serrated. Designed specifically for slicing breads of all kinds. Made in the USA. CHOOSE FROM RIGHT-HANDED OR LEFT- HANDED The wooden handle is 1/2" thick and all sides rounded and sanded to a smooth finish for the most comfortable feel. Easy care: wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Each knife has a clear lacquer finish to help protect the wood.
