Muzzys premium A/C hack mod kit. Fits: Ram 1981-2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 1500, 2500, 3500, gas, and diesel trucks with weak and or warm A/C from the factory. Fix the design defect they refuse to fix yourself! Gas trucks-**See Photo 4**Install the valve at the water pump on the front of the motor on the heater supply hose. Find the hose labeled "Eng Out" and remove it. Install this valve to the hose you removed and connect the supplied hose to the valve and the water pump. Install clamps as shown in the photos. Top off coolant, you will lose some when you initially removed the hose from the water pump. Diesel trucks- **See Photo 5** Install the valve on the heater supply line above the turbo. See Photo 5 to determine exact location to install the valve. Remove the heater supply line from the black tube coming from the motor. Install this valve to the hose you removed and connect the included hose to the valve and black tube and install the clamps as shown in the photos. Top off your coolant, you will lose a small amount when you remove the line. There is a known defect in these new trucks. The blend door in the dash allows hot air via the heater core into the HVAC system when the AC is on. There is a service bulletin to address this and it requires them to rip your entire dash out to replace the HVAC system. I guarantee you will have damage and problems down the road if you allow them to do this plus there are many reports that it does not even fix the problem! This is an easy fix that is guaranteed to make your A/C blow 8°-15° cooler! This kit installs in minutes without making any permanent mods to your truck.
