These lightweight aluminum links are great for custom 4-link builds as long as your wheelbase is 313mm. Don't even bother with the ends that come with this set, they are garbage. Grab two packs of e-revo rod ends (TR5347) and you'll be set. Little dab of grease and they thread on like butter.

Just like the picture! The ends are not taped. You will need to buy a tap! You can muscle them on. But buy the time you are finished you could have gone to home depot and bought a tap taped them all Out and put them together and saved a bunch of flusteration and scaring the dog. I have bought 3 sets love them! Buy the tap!!!

The rod ends and eyelets are not trapped so you have to use the threaded part of the rod as a tap. This makes you screw it on about 1/8 of the way, unscrew it, clean out the threads and repeat 5-8 times for each end leaving lots of potential for stripping. That is a lot of unnecessary work and blistered fingers for lazy manufacturing. They will work but I am not happy with them.

Links seem to be good but I only received 8 links not 10. Missing an upper front link and the link from the servo to the steering knuckle. Ball ends needed to be drilled out to get them to fit. Would not recommend.

The metal links are awesome! Worth every penny! Other complete sets are upwards of $80.As for the rod ends they are very tough to get on unless you take a small drill bit and drill the holes a bit bigger. I believe I used a 9/64 bit and it worked great, they went on easily after that and only took about 10mins to drill the holes bigger!I liked the set so much after figuring out the drill bit idea that I ordered 2 more sets!

I read other reviews before purchasing. Seems like people don’t understand what they were seeing in the pic that shows link sizes. And also don’t understand that the world of RC isn’t a simple easy fix.Rod ends are a little tough to get on but not nearly impossible. Had all links put together in about an hour while watching tv. All by hand as well. Links are nice and strong and are correct lengths according to the pic in the listing. I will definitely be buying more!

Great overall quality. Rod ends could be better and are a pain to put on but honestly what ends aren’t difficult. If you have a 10.2 you have to choose between a pan hard bar or drag link. Then you are left with a extra front link used for 4link front ends. I ended up shortening it and used it for pan hard bar. Running them for a couple months now and they are holding up great. Added a lot of clearance. The belly on my rig is completely flat now. Great for a budget belly dragger build.

I am rating this product 3 stars. The links themselves are nice and heavy duty but the rod ends that come with the links are very hard to put on, its like the ends needed to be drilled out some more. Im gonna switch the ends out because its just to frustrating to get them to work.
