Tomoe River FP papers are now produced by SANZEN, a successor to the original Tomoe River FP paper by Tomoegawa, featuring the same great qualities as the original papers produced by Tomoegawa. These “Tomoe River FP” papers are bound together in this classic soft black cover unruled blank notebook. This elegant bullet journal is great for bullet-journaling, daily planning, drawing, note taking and more. Sewn binding journal lays flat for easy writing. Black matte finish textured cardstock cover is soft and flexible, yet sturdy and durable enough to protect the pages inside. Superb quality crafted blank notebook contains 160 pages (80 sheets) of fine papers. Measuring only 1/4” in thickness, Tomoe River journal is convenient to carry around. This premium, artist-grade plain paper used in this journal is manufactured and treated to obtain the perfect surface for fountain pens to glide smoothly, leaving you with exceptionally crisp lines. Silky smooth, fountain-pen-friendly writing paper gives you precise ink strokes and beautiful ink shades. It is super lightweight, at 52 gsm – nearly half the thickness of copy paper. Despite its thinness, Tomoe River blank paper is resistant to bleeding through and feathering so it can handle a variety of inks and pen nibs. Specially coated on both sides, so ghosting is minimal. Both sides of this thin paper can be used. Silver hot-foil Tomoe River logo is embossed on the cover, the iconic proof of the genuine product manufactured and imported from Japan.
