Caracol is Malabigo’s newest yarn. In Archangel, the colors and shades of Orange and Purple are laced by the black fiber cover resulting in a knit that resembles “stained glass.” The yarn is made of a single, Merino wool thin and thick ply encased in a black or white(dyed to match) fiber netting. The yarn itself is so eye-catching, think of patterns that are simple and classic: hats, cowls, scarves, garments. Knits up at 2-3 stitches per inch on size 13 to 19 needles. Machine wash cold on delicate, lay flat to dry, apx 90 yards per 150 gm. skein.
